Any chance in the next firmware update for the Perdix AI, you could give more that 3 Nitrox mix options in the “open circuit” (recreation) mode?

Thank you for taking the time to write down your suggestion, Russ. We will take it into consideration. My inclination is that if you are using more than 3 gases for a single dive you are likely doing tec diving and you will be better served using the Tec mode. Do not forget to turn off the gases that you will not be carrying during your dive. Having gases that you are not carrying set to “on” may cause the computer to give you inaccurate information.

I have question.I already installed this app on my Samsung Galaxy tablet and cell phone .I sync shearwater with tablet and all dives are now in tablet.Tell me why any dive is not visible on cell phone. Its realy cloud or only You use “cloude” like name?

    • Shearwater Research Shearwater Research

Hi, Przemek. It is really a Cloud Service. You will need to login to your account in every device in order to have your dives in them. Cheers.

Is it possible to manually enter previous dives into the cloud services?

    • Shearwater Research Shearwater Research

Not yet. We do have it in our plans but we cannot promise a timeline.

Thank you for the amazing update, I love how it looks now on the desktop and especially that it supports the mac.

Can I import my dives from Shearwater Desktop into Cloud (complete with site info, buddy, notes, etc)?

    • Shearwater Research Shearwater Research

      Hi Rick,

Yes you can import all dives plus the details into Shearwater Cloud.

      Here are the instructions:

You can import all the dives from Shearwater Desktop into Shearwater Cloud by following these instructions:
      1. In Shearwater Cloud Click on File
      2. Under Import, click on “Import Shearwater Desktop Database”
      3. The Open file dialog should open to Shearwater Desktop’s database location
      4. In the Open file dialog, click on the file “dive_book_1.db” and click Open

      Have a great day.

I am new to the Shearwater dive computer and think it is great. I think I am having a little trouble with the cloud sync. I enter all my data from the desktop app and then import the data base into the desktop cloud with no problems. (desktop and desktop cloud all match). When I sync the IOS cloud app, not all information is downloaded. It appears that any information that was entered manually does not update on the IOS device. (items not updated on IOS cloud app = dive site, buddy, any notes, any items that were manually selected on the desktop app). Am I doing something wrong?

      Hello Mike,

We have had reports of this issue in the field and we believe we have found and fixed the source of the problem on our servers. Could you please try syncing to your iOS Cloud app again? Let us know if it works. If not, please email with the email you used to sign up with Cloud and we can take a closer look.
