Shearwater Cloud BETA App Update – Mobile v1.0.1

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with Rebreathers having problems connecting (ISC will still have a problem connecting since they have a separate issue).
  • Temperature now displays correctly.

 

Security and Permissions

  • Removed Phone, Contacts, and File Storage permissions from the app.
  • Updated server version for more secure cloud.

 

Other Changes

  • Diagnostics button has been removed.

  1. Hi, I change the number of the dive (11 to 350) on the Perdix with success then I upload all the dives to my IPhone 7 and the 350’s dive keep the same position so 11.

      Hi Bussod, this is a known bug where imported dive numbers do not match what is stored in user’s dive computer. We are still working on a fix for this. If you encounter any other bugs please let us know!

    The tank pressure cant be edit after the update of the app..

  3. The divenumbers wont be display right. I make 5 dive before I set the start number of divelog to 274. Then I edit the other dives on the computer and set the number 273 to 268 for the first 5 dives.
    The app display after downloading the first five dives with 1 to 5 in the App and the 6 dive with 274

  4. I noticed on my Nexus 6p, that when I go to look at the dive data the screens overlay over one another and no graph is shown except for the side bar and bottom. But no data. This is the only defect I have found and have screenshots available to share. Beyond that love this beta.

      Hi Kristofer, We’re happy to hear that you’re enjoying the app! For the issue you are describing could you try restarting the app and see if the problem is still occurring? Also check and see if this issue is effecting multiple dives or just the one.   5. hi, after clicking on the link to reset my password, it will go to chrome and says: This website is not save
    I was unable to reset my password. In internet explorer EDGE is was working fine.
    Cool that the Temp issue is solved
    I like the app so far, but would even be betetr that it can sinc with the deskop version.

  6. Will the desktop program and the cloud app be able to sync as well as the mobile app?

      Hi Stuart, the Shearwater Cloud app will be able to sync up with the desktop portion of Shearwater Cloud. You will be able to move all your dives from Shearwater desktop to the Shearwater Cloud desktop application. We will be releasing Cloud for desktop later in the Summer.
