Hi,
I bought the Teric last week and installed cloud application on my computer which works fine. I installed the Shearwater cloud app on my iPhone and logged into my Shearwater account. I can get it to connect however after few seconds an empty white window pops up. Only thing I can do is exit the app and try again.
I updated the firmware for the teric computer from the desktop application but that didn’t improve anything.

Hi Glenn, I have confirmed with our Software team that this is a bug in the current cloud version for iOS. This will be corrected in the next release around mid-next month. I’m sorry for this inconvenience.

I’m very satisfied with my current Peregrine but I have two questions..
1. I’m thinking of buying another Peregrine, for my girlfriend – but would like another color for her – any plans for that?
2. are there any plans on making it possible to manually register dives on the Shearwater cloud solution? (even better, importing from other services?)

Hi Jan, thank you for your comment. I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying your Peregrine. We don’t have current plans for another colour of the computer body. If you haven’t already, configuring the display colours in Advanced Config 1 menu will allow colour customization of Main and Title colours. The ability to manually enter dives into the Cloud app is on our Software Development team’s feature list. However, we don’t have this feature for our next release.
